Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LearnMade, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences for our coding internships, programming courses, and educational programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for course, internship, or program cancellations and refund eligibility.

1. Cancellation by User

Users may request to cancel their enrollment in a coding internship, programming course, or educational program. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested within the time frame specified during the enrollment process.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be provided under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing access to the course or internship materials
• Errors in billing or duplicate payments
• Cancellation requested within the allowed timeframe
• Course content significantly differs from the description
• Instructor unavailability affecting course delivery
• Platform maintenance issues lasting more than 48 hours

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Courses or internships already completed
• Access to course materials already provided
• Late or missed cancellations beyond the allowed timeframe
• Change of mind after accessing course content
• Personal circumstances unrelated to our services
• Certificates already issued

4. Process for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@learn-made.in with the following information:

• Full name and email address used for enrollment
• Course or internship name
• Reason for cancellation
• Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on:

• Percentage of course content accessed
• Time remaining in the program
• Specific circumstances of the cancellation
• Administrative costs incurred

6. Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to another coding course or internship program of equal or higher value, subject to availability and approval.

7. Changes to Policy

LearnMade reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes.
